What are your different service options?
We offer both buffet and plated service.

Full Service Cooked on Site:
Catering staff will arrive at location 2 hours before your scheduled serving time, cook all food fresh on location, and serve for 2 hours. Includes buffet table setup with linens, risers, décor, serving utensils, and stainless steel chaffing dishes. Includes heavy duty disposable dinnerware.

Full Service not Cooked on Site:
Food will be prepared at our location, and the catering staff will arrive at location approximately 1 1/2 hours before your scheduled serving time, and serve for 2 hours. Includes buffet table setup with linens, risers, décor, serving utensils, and stainless steel chaffing dishes. Includes heavy duty disposable dinnerware.

Gourmet Express Delivery with Setup:
Catering staff will arrive at location 30 minutes before your scheduled serving time, and setup food to be self-served. Includes buffet table setup with linens, risers, décor, serving utensils, and stainless steel chaffing dishes. Includes heavy duty disposable dinnerware.

Gourmet Express Delivery without Setup:
Catering staff will arrive at location 30 minutes before your scheduled serving time, and setup food to be self-served on client provided buffet table. Includes serving utensils and heavy duty disposable dinnerware.

What kind of themes do you offer?

We specialize in Luau, Mexican Fiesta, Italian, and BBQ themes.

Do you charge for plates, napkins, and eating utensils?
We provide heavy duty disposable dinnerware free of charge.

When do you need the final guest count for my event?
Your final guest count is due 5 business days before your event.

What if my guest count at the event is different than I anticipated?
We always try to bring enough food for a couple of extra people, but if there are significantly more people than expected, we may not be able to provide enough food for everyone. This is why it is very important for you to have a good idea of how many people to expect.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?
If we receive notice of cancellation at least 10 working days prior to your event, you may cancel your contract and we will return any deposit less a handling charge of 10% of the estimated event total. A cancellation given without reasonable notice, dependent upon estimated revenues and amount of product purchased for your event, is subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated event total.

What kind of payment methods are available?
Payments may be made in the form of cash, check, cashiers check, Vista, Master Card, or Discover. Credit card payments are subject to an additional 3% processing fee. Please put event numbers in the memo field of your check so that the payment can be appropriately applied.

When is the deposit due for my event, and how much is it?
A deposit of 50% of the estimated costs is due upon confirming your event. Your event will be considered tentative until your deposit is received. In order to receive peak December and August dates, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 will be accepted at the time of booking.

When is the final balance due for my event?

Final payment is due three working days prior to the event.
