After meeting with numerous catering companies for our wedding, we decided to go with Gourmet Rotisserie Catering because they were very personable, professional, and had great reviews. We are soooo happy that we did because they went above and beyond with their services and did an exceptional job! Their staff that showed up were all dressed professional and they were very pleasant to all of the guests. We needed a bar last minute and they went out of their way to rent one for us and then brought it to the venue and set it up for our bartender. The food was absolutely delicious and we received nothing but great feedback about how much everyone enjoyed the food. After the wedding, they did not hesitate in helping with the clean up and that was very much appreciated They have been in the business for so long that they know their stuff and they know exactly what is needed and what isn't. Man I’ve been pooped with all we were doing for the party lately and so I forgot to write you a thank you for your and Martys fabulous participation in our event. We are still accepting compliments for "everything" regarding the party.

I myself loved the displays and the shrimp. I never had time for a sandwich but my husband enjoyed a couple. Your staff was on the “wonderful” side, nice job in selecting warm persons. I asked the shrimp girl to visit my husband and pointed him out and she was so friendly about it. Funny he had just told me don’t get me a couple more get me a bucket full and within minutes the shrimp girl rounded the corner with a full/hot tray of shrimp. (Perfect timing) It seemed they were constantly making their rounds and with a smile. The designing and decorating role you suggested, the linens and everything was spectacular. Thank you for the advice. We will highly recommend your services to anyone. A big thank you from me personally because I was the one who was enthusiastic about GR here and so you backed me up 100%.
