“OMG, the ribs were a HUGE hit at the wedding! Our Guests paid great compliments on the ribs, and I agree there were THAT GOOD! The ribs were cooked perfectly, tender, and very flavorful with Marty’s special bbq sauce. My brother, whose a foodie nut and picky, kept raving about it!”


Island BBQ Chicken:

“Moist, tender, and sooooo good with the glazed teriyaki sauce. This was my favorite along with the ribs!”

Kimmie and Ricky’s Wedding at Marina Village

Kimmie and Ricky had an amazing summer wedding at the beautiful Marina Village. Located right on the waterfront, Marina Village is a perfect location for a wedding and to make lasting memories with loved ones. Everyone had such a wonderful time dancing, laughing, eating, and celebrating Kimmie and Ricky’s love for one another. 

All of us here at GR Catering were so honored to be a part of their special day, and to help make it happen. We had so much fun working with Kimmie and Ricky to make the menu fit their taste and needs, and being at such a memorable wedding. For the menu they chose a tropical menu filled with luscious island favorites like the Mahi Mahi with a Tropical Salad, Island Style Pork Ribs, BBQ Chicken, and our beautiful fruit display. Everyone kept on laughing and having a good time as they lined up to our buffets to enjoy this delicious feast. And left beyond satisfied with tasty flavors that all paired excellently together.
